Tetra Insights expands its management team | News

United States – Tetra Insights has expanded its leadership team with three leadership appointments: Amy Mustoe has been named vice president of customer experience; Torin Taylor will serve as vice president of engineering; and Josh Wexler becomes product manager.

Mustoe (illustrated) will oversee research operations, technical support and customer success, having joined the company from Automox, a cloud IT operations provider, where she held a similar role. Previously, she was a senior consultant at The Success League consultancy. She has also held leadership roles in customer success for Cloud Elements and SendGrid, now Twilio. She currently serves on the advisory board for the Customer Experience Program at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, helping to shape the curriculum and mentorship in the field of customer experience.

In her new role, Taylor will lead Tetra’s data and development. He joins the company with extensive global, government and start-up experience, having worked for well-known brands such as Pandora Jewelery and Under Armour.

Wexler will be responsible for the strategic direction of Tetra’s products, including product design, development and management. He joined Tetra from Chopra Global, a healthcare company, where he served as product manager and launched the Chopra Meditation app. Previously, he held product management positions for SoulCycle Inc, Splice.com and Yieldmo. Additionally, he was an adjunct professor at New York University and a visiting lecturer at Harvard University, where he taught product management.
